Kensing announced the appointment of George Koutsaftes as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 15, 2026.
George brings extensive global leadership experience across industrial and technology-driven businesses. He spent over 15 years at Honeywell, most recently serving as President & CEO of Safety & Productivity Solutions, leading a $6B+ global business spanning multiple end markets. In that role, he was responsible for driving commercial growth, advancing supply chain transformation, and leading capital deployment initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
Earlier in his career, George worked in mergers & acquisitions and financial services, supporting companies across the chemical, life sciences, and industrial sectors.
His experience in chemical and materials applications, automation, and sustainability is directly relevant to where Kensing is headed, and we are confident he is the right leader to take this business forward. George is recognized for his ability to develop high-performing teams and drive long-term value creation through a combination of operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives.
George has an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, New York and BS in Accounting from Marist University, New York.
