Ameet Kumar serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over two decades of global experience in accounting and finance. He has held senior leadership positions in both public and private companies, including Chief Accounting Officer at BlueTriton Brands Inc., a former One Rock Capital Partners portfolio company, and Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer at The Hain Celestial Group Inc., a publicly traded natural foods company.

Ameet began his career in public accounting, spending 15 years with PwC and EY across international offices in Karachi, Dubai, Singapore, and New York. His broad global exposure and technical expertise have shaped his strategic leadership and operational insight in finance functions across industries.

He holds professional designations as a CPA, CFA, and Chartered Accountant, and earned his academic credentials from the University of Karachi.
