As Senior Vice President of Global Research & Innovation, Denis Bendejacq leads Kensing’s scientific strategy and innovation pipeline, reporting directly to CEO Serge Rogasik. He brings broad, dual expertise in sustainable ingredient design and value-based market positioning of innovation, helping position Kensing as a leader in sustainable chemistry and next-generation consumer care solutions.

With over 20 years of international experience in the specialty chemicals industry, Denis has held senior R&D, strategic marketing, and business development roles, where he led cross-functional teams in developing high-performance, biodegradable surfactants, polymers, and advanced formulated solutions. An early adopter of big data and statistical analysis, Denis has successfully championed the integration of data-driven approaches across functions — from research to marketing — to guide and accelerate innovation strategies.

Denis holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Sorbonne University (UPMC) and an engineering degree from ESPCI Paris. A frequent contributor to technical publications and industry conferences, he has authored numerous scientific papers and patents. He is widely recognized for combining scientific rigor with strategic vision to drive sustainable growth and global innovation leadership.
