Surcharges Effective: May 15, 2025

Effective May 15, 2025, or as permitted by contracts, Kensing LLC will introduce a tariff surcharge to its Anionic, Non-Ionic and Amphoteric surfactant portfolio. The surcharge will be reflective of the tariff imposed on inbound raw materials designated by the raw materials’ respective countries of origin.

This tariff surcharge will be clearly itemized on customer invoices, distinctly separate from standard product pricing, underscoring Kensing’s ongoing commitment to transparency. The surcharge will be adjusted as needed to accurately reflect the tariffs impact and will be removed if the tariffs are lifted.

Orders shipped on or after the effective date will be subject to the surcharge. All other terms and conditions of sale remain unchanged.
