Aily is responsible for leading the execution of all corporate transformation initiatives at Kensing, keeping the company’s strategic direction in line with its vision and values. Aily has a passion and proven record leading companies in business transformation, with expertise in lean transformation, process digitalization and integrated supply chain management. Before Kensing, Aily was Senior Director of Business Transformation for New York-based SI Group. Aily also worked with Addivant, Kaman Aerospace and Danaher during her 20+ year career.
