What is the Ethics & Compliance Hotline?
Kensing is committed to supporting an environment of ethical conduct and legal compliance. The Ethics & Compliance Hotline is an additional line of support where anyone can report any suspected violation of the law or Company policy.
Who should use the Ethics & Compliance Hotline?
Anyone who has knowledge of activities that may be illegal, or which may violate the Company’s Code of Conduct. The Ethics & Compliance Hotline also serves as an additional line of support if you are not comfortable addressing an issue with your manager or internal HR.
What happens when I make a call?
A third-party HR Consulting firm manages the hotline. A trained specialist will answer your call. The interviewer will ask you questions relating to the incident or situation. The write-up is then escalated to the appropriate party at Kensing for further investigation. Every report will be investigated. Anonymity and confidentiality will be maintained by the third-party and calls will not be recorded. Remember, Kensing prohibits retaliation against any person who in good faith reports a suspected violation of law or unethical behavior.
Do I have to give my name?
All calls may be made anonymously. You may give your name if you wish, but it is not necessary. Please note, all calls will be investigated. As part of the investigation process, you may be contacted.
What should I report to the Hotline?
You should report any suspected violation or law. Examples include Criminal Laws, Environmental Laws, Import/Export Control Laws, FDA, TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act), Health and Safety Laws, Discrimination/Harassment, Conflicts of Interest, Receipt/Giving of Inappropriate Gifts, Misuse/Theft of Company Assets, Use of Drugs or Alcohol at Work etc.

The Kensing Ethics & Compliance Hotline is not intended to replace existing policies and procedures. Rather it is intended to complement the processes already in place and provide an additional channel to raise concerns.
