As Vice President, Eshani has full P&L ownership for the Surfactants and Specialty Esters division reporting directly to Kensing’s CEO. She brings a proven track record in sustainable product line growth and developing strategic customer relationships to secure long-term added value.

Prior to joining Kensing, Eshani spent a decade at global chemical leader BASF, holding positions across several functions. As Business Manager, Eshani drove the transformation of BASF’s Standard Surfactant business for North America and was Surfactant commercial lead for the divestiture and sale of the Kankakee site to One Rock Capital Partners. Other positions span across product management, strategic sourcing, and controlling.

Eshani received her B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University, and her MBA in Strategy and Marketing from New York University, Stern School of Business.
