Don brings significant finance, strategy and operations experience to his role as CFO for Kensing. He has worked across several different global industries and in companies ranging in scale from start-ups to over $1 billion in revenues.

Since 2009, Don has helped drive business transformations and improve company top and bottom line performance, including executing complex global multi-facility carve-outs and business turnarounds under highly leveraged conditions. Most recently, Don served as a board member and EVP & CFO of SG360, a private equity-owned manufacturer and logistics services provider of direct-to-consumer marketing products. Don has also held leadership roles as CFO, COO and CEO in several private equity-owned and public companies in the industrial sector including FMC, Bayer AG and NiSource.

Don earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He also has a BS in Accounting and a BS in Agribusiness from Illinois State University, and holds both CPA and CMA certifications.
