We’re excited to welcome Dani Cao as our new Chief Commercial Officer. Dani brings a proven track record in managing complex commercial organizations together with critical experience in sourcing from Asia.

During her two decades of experience, Dani has held several leadership positions in the areas of marketing, sales, sourcing and general management. Prior to joining Kensing, Dani was with Brenntag for 15 years, where she held many critical positions including helping drive the Brenntag transformation project as President of Pharma & Brenntag Specialties Business and VP of Change Management. Before that, Dani was VP, Global Sourcing for Brenntag Asia, based in Shanghai, where she established sourcing centers in China, India and Taiwan. Other positions included VP of Market Development for Brenntag North East, and VP of Commercial Services for Brenntag North America, among others.

Prior to Brenntag, Dani worked for a VC-backed start-up company as Vice President, Sales, and she started her career in 1999 with Air Products and Chemicals, where she advanced through a variety of roles spanning research and development, marketing, strategic planning and sales.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Dani will head Kensing’s global marketing, sales, supply chain and procurement. She is excited to join us, and looks forward to working with us, and applying her wide toolkit of skills and experiences in her new position.
