Wesley was the BASF Site Director for three years prior to continuing that role with Kensing. A senior manufacturing and production leader with more than 30 years of experience, Wes has worked with local units and major global technical operations networks. At BASF, Wesley was also VP of Manufacturing Polyurethanes North America, and was with the Global Restructuring Paper Division. Previous experience includes Head of Global Manufacturing for the Water and Paper Segment, and WPT Head of Manufacturing, both for Ciba-Geigy (Ciba), where he worked from 1988-2009. Wesley has both domestic and international experience, including 12 years in Europe, South America and Asia. Wesley has a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Alabama, and a BS in Chemistry from Rhodes College.
