As Chief Human Resources Officer, Ravi is committed to embedding an understanding of human capital across Kensing, directing transformation to enhance P/L results, customer experience, and employee engagement. He also guides cultural change to support growth, acquisitions and divestitures. Ravi is experienced throughout the scale of businesses, from start-ups to mature global leaders, and public to family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining Kensing, Ravi served as Group Director-Human Resources at Illinois Tool Works, responsible for a $1.7B global business. Prior to joining ITW, Ravi held a wide range of progressive HR roles with Motorola, Panduit and Dow Chemicals in Asia and North America. Ravi graduated with a BS in Science from the University of Delhi, India and received his MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India.
